Electric BAIN-MARIE (Line 70)

In order to guarantee excellent corrosion resistance the bain-marie is completely manufactured out of AISI 304 stainless steel. The pressed tanks have rounded edges for perfect hygiene and are suitable for GN containers (depth 150 mm). A convenient extension facilitates tank draining. A safety block prevents accidental openings and water leak. In the electric models temperature is adjustable from 30 to 90°C. All the models are provided with an additional safety thermostat.

ELECTRIC BAIN-MARIE (Line 70) From Technoinox:

  • Equipped with adjustable feet. It can be positioned by the wall or combined with other appliances as a central island.
  • The tanks are pressed with rounded edges in order to hold GN 150mm high containers, and are equipped with water level notches
  • It can be matched with other appliances by means of special joint elements
  • Heating element placed under the tank
  • Temperature adjustment from 0 to 90 °C, with thermostat against overheating
  • Water drain provided with extension and safety device against accidental opening
