The pressed tanks are dimensioned for GN containers. The rounded edges of the tanks together with the heating elements applied outside the bottom facilitate cleaning. The drain is located in the back area and it is controlled through a cock placed on the front panel. The working thermostat is adjustable from 30° to 90°C. The appliance is equipped with a safety thermostat.
